A Journey of Healing & Purpose

Hello, and welcome. My name is Fabiola Rodriguez, and I am a Board-Certified Health Coach devoted to helping women reclaim their health, restore their confidence, and feel empowered in their bodies again—especially after years of being dismissed, unheard, or told that suffering is simply “normal.”

I am certified through the Fertility Coach Academy, an Accredited Board-Certified Health Coach through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP), and a Certified Juice Therapist through the Juice Guru Institute. My work is centered on providing tailored, compassionate, and evidence-informed holistic support for women navigating reproductive health challenges, with a special focus on uterine fibroids and the hormonal imbalances that often accompany them. But my passion for this work isn’t just professional, it is deeply personal.

Over the years, I endured two open myomectomy surgeries. During my first procedure, doctors removed 12 fibroids. Just four years later, my fibroids returned — doubling in size and number — and I underwent a second open myomectomy where 25 fibroids were removed. During that surgery, I lost so much blood that I required a life-saving transfusion.

Like many women, I was told that pregnancy would come naturally after surgery… but it didn’t. Instead, I experienced severe scar tissue, adhesions, and menstrual cycles that remained unbearable. After continued pain and unanswered questions, I sought specialist care and underwent a laparoscopy, where I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Endometriosis. Extensive lesions were removed, yet my husband and I continued trying to conceive—still experiencing disappointment and heartbreak.

That journey led us to IVF.

We began with four embryos, and after two chemical pregnancies and a miscarriage at eight weeks, we were blessed with our daughter, Honour, through our final embryo. Due to the weakness of my uterus from repeated surgeries, I delivered via C-section at 37 weeks, as natural birth was not an option for me.

Six months after giving birth, during the height of the COVID pandemic—my health took an unexpected and terrifying turn. I experienced excruciating pelvic pain and rushed to the emergency room, where doctors discovered a pelvic abscess. During my two-week hospitalization, the infection spread into my bloodstream and I developed septic shock. I coded twice. By the grace of God, my life was spared—and I know I am still here for a purpose greater than myself.

A year later, we hoped to expand our family again. But during another IVF cycle, I began experiencing intense pelvic pain—so severe I could barely walk. After an MRI, I was diagnosed with Adenomyosis, and we made the heartbreaking decision to pause –our fertility journey indefinitely so I could focus fully on healing.

After years of trauma, pain, and constant medical intervention, I reached a turning point. I was told my only options were a hysterectomy—or a lifetime of suffering. But I refused to accept that as my only future. I made the decision to stop living in survival mode and learn how to support my body holistically, intentionally, and from the inside out.

Through that journey, I developed the Fibroid Freedom Protocol, a holistic approach that helped me drastically reduce inflammation and naturally shrink my fibroids—without a hysterectomy. Today, I am no longer anemic, my cycle no longer controls my life, and I’ve learned how to support my body through Endometriosis and Adenomyosis—so I can live with ease, balance, and wholeness again.

Today, through my certifications, research, and lived experience, I bring both knowledge and deep compassion to the women I support. I understand the frustration. The fear. The grief. The exhaustion. And most importantly—I understand the desire to feel like yourself again.
